Specializing in working with mid-life adults and couples who are experiencing self-doubt, stress, depression, relationship conflict, change, being stuck, or who don’t feel connected to themselves. Many of us have unfinished business in our lives--incomplete dreams or fractured relationships. Problems can throw rocks in our paths. They can restrict and burden our personal and emotional lives. Fortunately, we are not alone. Therapy can help us see more clearly, understand ourselves better, and gain acceptance in a safe place. It can open the door to a more active and healthy life. In our work together, you’ll be supported in gaining more energy, hope, and satisfaction.
