Forest Bathing at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park

RECAMFT thanks the Healthcare Foundation of Northern Sonoma County for their generous underwriting of forest bathing for fire/flood survivors.

Are you missing beloved trees?

Sugarloaf Park is where the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku,  or forest bathing, was introduced to the west and the program now has expanded all over the world.  The Association of Forest Therapy supports the park by leading a monthly forest-bathing walk here at the park.
