Jungian Analyst working with individual Adults, along with workshops in art, embodiment and sexuality.
LONG Description
Jungian psychology is rooted in the understanding that we all want a meaningful life. Symptoms like depression and anxiety are trying to tell us we have gone off course. By focusing inward, we can reconnect with our deeper desires. For 18 years, I worked with dying people at Hospice of Petaluma. Here I was constantly reminded that life is time-limited and that it is worth working toward a more meaningful existence. Along with individual therapy, I work at intersection of art, the body, and archetype psychology by facilitating workshops in creativity, embodiment and sexuality.
